Art exhibition - Term 4 2020

 

Fakalofa lahi atu! This post is about the art exhibition we had today! This photo is of me and my art. Do you like it?, I hope so. We had this event after morning tea. 

We checked out all of the art around the entire school. It was awesome! When I looked at some of the juniors art I remembered all the cool and fun art I did when I was year 2. I missed all of that fun because now since we're older the art isn't that fun but I still kind of enjoyed it. The juniors art was my favourite! 

My teams art is about patterns from different cultures. We had five cultures to do. Maori, Niuean, Samoan, Tongan and Cook Islands.  Once we have finished drawing our art we had to write down the meaning. Then we glued it on a cardboard and that was our art!

Kahoot!

Hi! This afternoon my class and I played a game called Kahoot! Kahoot is kind of like game of trivia but you play it online. You have to answer a question, if you get it right then you get some points and if you don't you will not get any points or lose any points. At the end of the game it will tell you who came 1st, 2nd and 3rd then it will have the 2 runner ups. I almost forgot to mention that each game has a code, so in order to join in you have to enter in that code. After that you will need to write your name or it could be a random generator. Idea for a new Star wars movie!

Hi! this is my writing task! I had to write a letter to Disney about an  idea for a new Star wars                              movie! I hope you enjoy and feel free to comment on my blog!

Dear Disney,

I have an idea for a new movie for Star wars! I hope you like it!

The new movie will be called Star wars Battle of the crystals! The locations in the movie will be a spaceship, 5 dimensions and one more place. you may name any of the dimensions. Each dimension will have their own titan, each titan will look different and can do different power moves. The main characters in the movie will be Rey, Finn, Yoda, Luke and Chewbacca. You could add one more person if you like. I want Rey’s personality to be tough. Finn’s personality will be funny and tough-ish.

The problem in this movie will be that someone has broken the huge Kyber crystal into 5 pieces that powers all of the little kyber crystals that powers the lightsabers. Rey, Finn, Yoda, Luke and Chewbacca have to try to find out where the pieces went so they can piece it back up together. They used Yoda’s powers to find out where they are because Yoda could see where things are in his mind.Yoda then tells where the pieces are. He says that each piece has been sent to a different dimension and it is protected by a titan.

They (Rey, Finn, Yoda, Luke and Chewbacca) travel in a spaceship to the dimensions. They arrive in one dimension at a time. They battle the titan without a lightsaber, maybe a different weapon like a knife. After they kill the titan they take the crystal piece then travel to the next dimension. They keep on doing that until the last battle for the last crystal piece. In the last battle someone will get killed by the titan which will be your choice but it can’t be Rey, Finn or Yoda. The team or one person gets angry that the titan has killed someone so they have an epic battle with a lot of flips, jumps and ducking.

They end up defeating the titan and taking the last crystal piece back home. Once they get home They will put the broken pieces together then they surround it and say a spell that will put it back together. As they arrive back home they see that the stormtroopers have already caught the bad guy who broke the crystal (It is your choice who broke it).Once they put the crystal pieces back together they go back to their normal life.

A few months later they are all standing at a grave admiring who ever died from the battle you get to choose. Then the movie ends.At the end of the movie it will show all of the people who helped in the movie, who played the characters, The names of the music and other stuff, and that will be the end! (when the end bit is playing play the Star wars theme song)

I hope you enjoyed my idea for a new Star wars movie Disney! I was thinking that when Rey, Finn and all of the others are on their journey, on the way they could find someone that will help them defeat the titans, that someone could be Chris Hemsworth, Jason Momoa, Dwayne Johnson or someone else you can choose.

Dear William Waiirua,

Hi my name is Julianna! I go to Pt England school. I think I am very funny as well if I say so myself. I think I would be a great comedian and a great entertainer like you. I also think my dance moves are on point!

You are very funny and I am happy about the things you are doing. You are making people laugh which is fantastic. Especially as we are under a lock down and need something to make us happy. Keep on doing what you do. You are amazing!

I have a few recommendations for you ( New ideas). You could make up your own special handshake that only you know or you could share it with the world. I was also thinking maybe you could make up a new saying, something funny or cool!

Sunglasses design for William Waiirua!
