Classroom battleships

What was your favourite part of our Classroom Battleships?

Building a giant shield to defend us from the boys.

What strategies did you use, why?

To not get any grenades and keep cover because if I stand on my knees to throw the grenade when I am finished I have to stay standing on my knees.

What was the funniest thing that happened?

I know that I said my strategies was do not throw any grenades but this was before I tried to throw a grenade at William but the wheel chair caught my pillow a.k.a grenade.

What was the most challenging part of our Classroom Battleships?

I have been chosen to vs one of the boys Roman we both had to close our eyes and try hit each other with a grenade first round we tied second tied the last round i missed suddenly I felt the grenade hit me and that was the end the boys won.

What piece of furniture was the best to use, why?

A couch because it is so big it can cover our hole team!

What would you do differently next time?

Be riskier and connect to someone.

The rules are you are not allowed to move when you are in your spot and if you stand on your knees you have to stay on your `knees. You can’t move to doge the grenades.

This is how you play you have to build a fort then hide when it is your turn to throw a grenade try hit someone with the grenade then they will be out of the game.

Skipping

Excitedly I spun the skipping rope and set off first. Today we went outside to play with skipping ropes. I jumped 2 times then ran with my skipping rope. Once I got to the last cone I swapped my skipping rope with a other one. I skipped five times got my old rope from before and sprinted back to the line. After everyone had a turn the green team swapped with blue and blue joined what we were doing. Green went to Miss King and the other teachers Miss Duder Miss Scanlan and Miss Shanaia. They were using two people to spin a long rope then people had to ran in and jump. Mr Moran had to explain the rules to blue. Finally we started. While I was waiting for my turn I cheered my team on in my mind. When it was my turn I jumped as fast as i could then I bolted with my skipping rope. Next I swapped my skipping rope as fast as could and skipped 5 times and zoomed back to the line finally we swapped with green and went to the other teachers. I went in line for my turn. Once it was my turn the two teachers  spun the rope. I tried running in but it did not work so I tried again the second time I did it I got up to twenty six jumps. After heaps of jumping it was the last relay. We had to choose one boy and one girl in each team we chose TJ and keyana. Mr Moran said that the loudest cheering team gets 100 points. The game started. We were cheering as loud as we could when everyone finished we put our hands on our heads. Sadly we did not win the 100 points, but we had a great time anyway.

The Roots

Thank you the Roots for the t-shirts and thank you for telling us that water is life and what will happen if we look after our rivers/lakes/ground and our whole earth. I am thankful that a got a blue rock and cool Roots certificate.

Cross Country

Excitedly I stood up and got ready to run it was Cross Country on Friday the 21st when Mr Burt clap the clapper I started gonging. When I was close to the finish line my mum started yelling out "go Julianna go!" so I sprinted to the finish line so the person behind me dose not sprint in front of me.

Sophie Pascoe

This movie is about a determinate d swimmer her name is Sophie Pascoe. Sit back and relax hope you enjoy.

Healthy lifestyle

This term we made a movie about healthy lifestyle. That means eat fruit and drink lots of water most important is have lots of sleep.

Elimination tag

As I sat on the grass fulled with excitement because Mr Moran said "we are going to play Elimination tag but Mr Moran made the game a little bit harder by adding balls in. When we started playing the taggers had to wait for the runner's to get in their spot they wanted to be in. Kyamrn tried to throw a ball at me but then I caught it and so I could free Kiarah. Sadly Kiarah and I got tagged again.
As the game ended the winner was Marius. Sadly he hurt his leg terribly bad when he tripped. Thankfully he was ok. Playing the game woke me up and I felt happy.

Crawling to the finish line

As the lady was crawling to the finish line she was in complete exhaustion.She did not give up because she had great determination. As she was crawling her spit started drooling down her mouth.

All blacks

With the strength of a warrior the  All Blacks pulled out their fierce pukana. While  representing New Zealand they stood with mana doing their haka and scaring the other team. Raising their arms and legs stomping was making the crowed go wild.

Lady screaming in agony

Screaming in agony the  lady was holding a massive weight.Suddenly she crumpled to the ground. Her legs were crooked and she could not hold the massive weight any longer.
