healthy lifestyle





I think a healthy lifestyle is brushing your teeth everyday eating fruit keep hydrated and have lots of sleep and running outside. Brushing your teeth keeps it clean and healthy. Eating fruit is good for your body and it makes your brain grow. Keeping hydrated makes your body working. Having lots of sleep is important it keeps you happy and energised. Running outside makes you run fast and it also makes you work hard.

    Yes it is good to have a healthy lifestyle. I hope that you remember to brush your teeth everyday. You do eat a lot of fruit especially when you are making a smoothie. Drink plenty of water instead of juice. And please remember to go to sleep on time and stop talking to your brother too much at night! Love your writing Julianna.
